Keith Bethel

Keith Bethel joined the Lindy Institute in 2021 after serving over four years as Aramark’s Chief Growth Officer, where he was responsible for leading overall growth strategies for the company’s food, facilities, and uniform services businesses in 19 countries. Bethel led the Sales, Marketing, Account Retention, Pricing and Field Activation functions of this $17 Billion multinational support services provider. 

 

Prior to being appointed Chief Growth Officer, Bethel served as Executive Vice President – Growth for Aramark’s Higher Education, Healthcare and Facilities sector, where he was responsible for continuing to develop and drive Aramark’s growth strategy and support client business objectives while leading the sales and retention, strategic development, channel, and marketing teams.

 

Bethel also served as Executive Vice President, Growth for Higher Education and K-12 Education and previously held a variety of positions throughout the Education sector  including Regional Vice President for Higher Education, leading the East region and Vice President of Compliance for Education (K-12), where he was responsible for the oversight and advancement of compliance to all Federal and State regulatory standards for U.S. and Canadian operations. He began his career with Aramark Healthcare in 1991, serving in a number of roles with increasing responsibility, including Mid-Atlantic Vice President of Operations, District Manager, Retail Manager and Catering Manager.

 

Keith earned his Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. He was recognized for sales excellence at the 2012 Aramark Executive Leadership Conference and was named the Healthcare Innovation Leader of the Year in 2006. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Philadelphia Urban League and is a board member of The Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia.
